Mr. Kenny Howell is the latest recipient of the Aubrey Collymore Scholarship. The annual scholarship is awarded to suitably qualified male students pursuing a first degree within the category of science at the University of the West Indies, a British University or an approved Commonwealth University.

Mr. Howell started his studies in Medical Science at the University of the West Indies – Cave Hill Campus, this September. He graduated from the Barbados Community College (BCC) in 2018 with an Associate Degree in Science (Mathematics, Chemistry & Biology).

While at the College, Mr. Howell was a BCC Ambassador and a Peer Tutor at the Lime Academic Enhancement Centre.  His advice to new students entering the College is: “Take some time to visit one of the Counsellors on campus because with their help you can really maximize your time at BCC.”
