Barbados Language Centre trip to GermanyPosted on Friday, Jul 30, 2010Three tutors and eight students from the Barbados Language Centre travelled to Germany from June 1 to 14, 2010. Kay Clarke was the tutor in charge of the trip. (Students of Associate Degrees in Languages are encouraged to visit a country where the language(s) they are studying are spoken. The students raise the funds for these trips) Duke University School of Nursing StudentsPosted on Friday, Jul 30, 2010Ten students from Duke University School of Nursing, Durham, North Carolina will be on attachment to the College from August 15 to 28, 2010. The students will be on clinical attachment to several polyclinics from August 17 to 27, 2010. The purpose of the attachment is for the Duke students to have a community health nursing experience at the polyclinics in Barbados.
