2024 Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme Question and Answer Session Series in October 2023

If you are an enthusiastic and motivated Barbadian, why not embark upon a journey that will change your life through teaching English in Japan? The Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme invites Barbadian bachelor’s degree holders to be involved in English language education in Japan. The JET Programme opens a window of opportunity to Barbadians who are willing to work as Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) who assist Japanese teachers in English language classes in elementary, junior, and senior high schools throughout Japan. It also offers a cross- cultural exchange opportunity to learn more about Japan, its language and its people. The application period is currently open and applications must be submitted by Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 3:00 PM. For more details, kindly visit the Embassy’s website (https://www.bb.emb-japan.go.jp/itpr_en/jet.html).
