Due to continued technical challenges, the early payment period for applications has been extended again. As a result, applicants will be allowed to pay the $10 application fee up until April 30th, 2023. 

 From May 1st, 2023 the late application fee will take effect.  

Additionally, people who are experiencing problems uploading the application once it is completed are asked to:

1. Log out of the application (remember your login ID and password)
2. Clear their browser history or cache
3. Log back in using an incognito window
