NOTICE

SUBMISSION OF EXAMINATION RESULTS

Persons who have applied to the Barbados Community College should bring copies of their qualifications/print out of the results from the CXC portal to the Barbados Community College, Student Affairs Office, on the following dates and times:

Wednesday, 19 August 2026               -          9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Thursday, 20 August 2026                 -          9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Friday, 21 August 2026                      -          9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Also note the following:

1. ALL CSEC or other examination results must be printed and produced for verification (current

     year and previous year(s)

2. Print outs from the CXC portal will be accepted. All relevant information must be visible
3. Examination results must also have the name of the applicant visible
4. All outstanding documents not submitted with the online application must be produced
5. The Application fee MUST be paid for the application to be considered
6. 5. ONLY the applicant or parent/guardian will be allowed on the campus – (1 person per

     application)
