All students currently enrolled in the BCC Bachelor programmes from first years to fourth years with the exception of students enrolled in the BSc in Nursing are required to sign up for the Give Back Barbados programme.
As an entity of the programme, Barbados Community College can opt to volunteer for any of the activities listed below at the BCC:

- BCC Beatification/Environmental (Greening) Project
- Painting
- Landscaping
- Recycling
- Community Outreach Programme
- Adopt a school
- Workshop
- College Expo
- Science Expo
- Internships within the College Departments
- Student Affairs
- Library
- HR office
- BDO Office
- MIS Office
- Science Department
- Peer-to-peer academic guidance
Full time students are required to complete 150 hours and part time students 100 hours.
Once registration on the Give Back Barbados website is completed, students seeking to complete any of the activities at the College, must report to the Office of the Registrar and speak to Mr Roger Worrell or Ms Michelle Collymore.
